Phoenix frozen foods having state of the art manufacturing facility for variety of products like Fruits & Vegetable, ready to eat/cook hand crafted range and our unit spread across an area of 15000 Sq.meter. We follow the GMP, fssai, HACCP, ISO, USFDA, BRC norms while processing & manufacturing throughout production to maintain quality products, standard process parameter and specification of finished products within the facility and it comprises of:

  • Collection centers with primary processing facilities of washing, trimming, sorting & grading of Vegetables and fruits.
  • Facility designed with puff insulated control atmosphere temperature system.
  • Pre-cooling storage facility with automatic temperature control system to maintain quality parameters of raw material.
  • Cutter, Dicer, Slicer, Grading & shorting line within facility with control temperature units etc.
  • Individual Quick Freezer (IQF) with latest European ADF system having capacity of 2 ton/hr for Vegetables & fruits processing.
  • Blast freezer having 5 tons of batch capacity.
  • Our product categories includes Fruits, Vegetable, ready to eat/ cook hand crafted meals like- Indian flat bread, Indian snack, Gujarati, South Indian& Masala Curries cuisine ranges.
  • R & D team with highly qualified and experience food technicians & Chef’s for development of recipe as per customer requirement.
  • In-house facility of Quality assurance & Microbiology lab with trained & highly qualified food technician to ensure quality form raw material checks to finished products.
  • PLC operated 2500 MT of frozen cold store designed at -25° C with mezzanine as well as palletized stacking storage racks with availability of full genset backup.
  • Reach material handling truck for the easy ease of work & handling with dispatch dock leveler, dock shelter & rapid doors from Metaflex.
